Diana has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and spent several years as an educator in the Berkeley Unified School District. She believes education is important and although she's curated hundreds of events, she decided to take her experience even further, by becoming a Certified Event Planner.
Diana is recognized within the event industry for her calm and pleasant demeanor. Her goal is not only for clients to enjoy the planning and day-of experience but also, for all vendors involved to enjoy the process as well. Her "eagle eye" attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond, is what makes planning an event with Diana such a delight!
Nalee absolutely loves being part of bringing events to life and being able to relieve the stress that comes with planning a big day. Her experience in event planning started in 2018 and she has since coordinated weddings, holiday parties, galas, and corporate events. Her ability to problem solve and her keen attention to detail, aid Nalee in prioritizing her couples and clients to always feel relaxed and fully enjoy their special event.
When Nalee isn’t coordinating events in the Bay Area, you’ll find her cooking up delicious meals, hiking or shopping.
Miranda fell in love with event coordination immediately after her very first experience as an assistant coordinator. Seeing how important and appreciated her role is on the couple’s special day, left an everlasting impression on her.
Miranda has a nurturing personality and has been caring for people as a medical assistant since 2014. She enjoys crafting, decorating and baking. And loves to host!
Sirce has been part of the event planning industry since 2011. She's always been a natural when it comes to the world of beauty and design. Her creative nature has exposed her to a variety of artistic mediums which ultimately led her to event and floral design.
From gorgeous bouquets and floral arrangements to stunning event designs, Sirce produces customized events based on our clients' unique style and vision.
Kattia began working as an entertainer for children’s events at the young age of 16. Since then, her interpersonal skills have served her well in the world of event coordination. She finds great pleasure in the joy guests experience while they are at one of her events.
Kattia has an in-depth understanding of her role as the behind the scenes director, to ensure successful event outcomes.
Anai loves the fact that there are endless possibilities when it comes to planning a wedding. Her goal is to provide a positive and stress free experience when communicating with clients and helping plan weddings.
When Anai isn’t assisting with weddings, you can find her spending quality time with family, walking her golden retriever, or organizing!
Born and raised in the Bay Area, with a couple of brief stints away in Oregon and Alaska, Helen has a multi-faceted background from working in the education, government, and nonprofit sectors to the music industry. By chance she got her start in events at the iconic James Leary Flood Mansion and would go on to have a decade-long career as a venue coordinator, including at the Presidio of San Francisco and the Brazilian Room, with a hand in hundreds of weddings and social and corporate events.
Her passion for helping people combined with her love of planning paved the way for a natural leap from the venue to the event coordination side. Helen’s goal for every event is to ensure all the pieces are in place to allow for unique moments to unfold into memories that mark the special milestones of life.
