With over a decade in the dining and event planning world, America Barajas has been crafting unforgettable experiences since 2012. Her expertise spans beyond the Bay Area, managing large teams and coordinating events for properties serving thousands of guests. Recently, America has channeled her energy into Real Estate, where she thrives on the fast-paced environment and the opportunity to help clients achieve "The American Dream." Drawing on her skills in communication, negotiation, and attention to detail, America excels in navigating real estate transactions with the same finesse she applied to event planning. She remains engaged in the event industry, blending her passions to offer a unique perspective in both fields.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, with a couple of brief stints away in Oregon and Alaska, Helen has a multi-faceted background from working in the education, government, and nonprofit sectors to the music industry. By chance she got her start in events at the iconic James Leary Flood Mansion and would go on to have a decade-long career as a venue coordinator, including at the Presidio of San Francisco and the Brazilian Room, with a hand in hundreds of weddings and social and corporate events. Her passion for helping people combined with her love of planning paved the way for a natural leap from the venue to the event coordination side. Helen’s goal for every event is to ensure all the pieces are in place to allow for unique moments to unfold into memories that mark the special milestones of life.

Chef John Alvarez discovered his passion for food in the Bay Area, starting as a dishwasher and "tortilla boy" at his family's restaurant, Plaza Garibaldi, at age 12. Despite the challenges, he thrived, fueled by his desire to cook. Inspired by Michelin-starred chefs like Michael Cimarusti, Michael Tusk, and others, he honed his skills in various cuisines.
After extensive training, Alvarez returned to his roots, drawn to Chef Rick Bayless, whom he admired since childhood. Spending two years at Bayless's "Lena Brava" in Chicago, Alvarez mastered modern moles, vibrant salsas, wood-fired cooking, and classic Mexican pastries.
